We ship via USPS or UPS. Packages are shipped Mon-Fri from Portland, Oregon. We currently ship to the United States and to most countries internationally.

Within the contiguous United States, we offer free shipping on orders $100 and over and a $5 flat rate for orders under $100.

For international orders, shipping rates vary by location and will be automatically calculated by the carriers at checkout. You will have the option to choose between multiple shipping rates offered by UPS and USPS.

We take customer service seriously and want to provide you with the best experience possible. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

If an item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please send an email to info@penrosecandles.com.com with your order number and photographs of the shipping box and incorrect/damaged item. Once a product is removed from its original packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage.
