At Penrose Candles, orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We ship via USPS Ground, with estimated delivery times of 2–8 business days depending on your location.

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We carefully package all candles to ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
